No Hassle Applications & Transactions

Syracuse Fire Department EFCU online forms makes applying for a new account, product or service easy and convenient for our members! Simply print out and complete the applications or transaction forms you wish to submit, then fax them to us at (315)476-7204. Of course, you can also drop them off at the credit union in person, or mail them to us at: PO Box 791, Syracuse, New York 13201.

Please be advised, an original signature must be obtained by Credit Union staff members before loan can be disbursed or cards can be issued.
